19, 20, 21 July (6.30 – 10.30pm over three evenings)

This is another level of support and training devlopment for men who have been through our signature weekend the New Warrior Training Adventure.

Basic Staff Development Training (BSDT) is ideal for men who have staffed or not, who want to know more about how the weekend hangs together and comes together.

Sharpen your facilitation skills during this practical learn-by-doing workshop.  Bring new energy back to your Integration Group, your life, and around sharing this education with your friends and family members.

BSDT is required by MKP International for all staff who have served more than three NWTA weekends. First time and junior level staffers are encouraged to attend as well as experienced guys who have not yet done BSDT and would like to.

Leader Trainer:

John Gaughan is a certified Full Leader from the MKP Houston Centre.  He has been a certified Leader Trainer for a number of years and is the current Leader Trainer Chair for MKP International. In his professional life John has his own leadership consultant company operating throughout the USA and overseas. He also leads Couples workshops with his wife around the world.
